This impressive looking former coaching inn is just off the beaten track in the old parish of Christchurch. Behind the impressive stone façade is a cosy low-beamed restaurant, fireside bar and snug. Prints of old buildings including the Bell and others of local interest are dotted around the walls. Near the bar is a small war memorial, if you can spot it. as it is only opened on significant dates such as Remembrance Day.
